Pros

I'm going to give a real review on here of what the job entails so you can make an honest judgement whether you want it or not

Cons

What your day will be: You will work 7 to 5, five days a week as the minimum You will make 100 cold calls a day to dispatchers and truck drivers trying to sell freight for them to haul You will make 36k for your first 6-8 months. Most people will describe this job as stressful, but good reps strive off this feeling Aftet 2-3 years of 100 cold calls a day and 50 hours a week minimum then you can make probably 50-60 k for an average rep (not good nor bad) Obviously recruiters will sell you on what top reps make but won't ever tell you that this is also a high burn out industry l, just be aware Best of luck if you accept!

Arrive Logistics Response

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to review Arrive Logistics. We believe in transparency, even if the feedback isn't always positive. That being said, we want to take this time to clarify some details that might not have been made clear to you prior to your time at Arrive. If that was the case, we sincerely apologize! On average, a carrier rep will make around 75 calls per day and a customer rep will make closer to 50 calls per day. Not all of these calls are traditional "cold calls," - as relationships are built, reps will talk to repeat customers and carriers regularly. However, with any sales job, there is absolutely a cold-calling element. While we love to highlight what our top performers are able to accomplish, we also rely on company averages to give new hires realistic expectations for their first few years here. On average, sales reps earn $45K in their first year, $63K in their second year, and $100K+ in their third year. Thank you! Arrive Logistics
