Quite literally print your own paycheck. Work ethic directly results in a worthwhile paycheck. It can be a cut throat environment but sales is sales. Those who come ready to work are the ones who stay and are also the ones who see the results. If you start in a roll that ends up being the incorrect fit, upper management will actively seek a better suited position rather than terminate employment. COVID hit and difficult decisions were made but what nearly ever review fails to tell is that arrive repositioned nearly 75 employees rather than terminate. Furloughed a large number as well. Terminated very few when you look at overall employee count.
The expected work day is 10-11 hours with calls coming in at all hours of the day and night. But when you partner that with the incredible ease of securing a 6 figure income. It doesn’t seem all that bad. It’s not for everyone, but what job is?
