      "Freight Bro" culture at its best (if that's the type of culture you prefer)

      Cons

      Hard to get work done with rookie managers breathing down your neck 24/7. No diversity. Favoritism defined. Horrible technology. Questionable ethics.

      Ability to earn commission, but it’s all on you. Ability to run your own book

      Cons

      Handed off accounts drive success of most reps, if you are on a newer team, it’s a lot harder to find success.
