      Pros

      Casual clothing, atmosphere and language. Talk to people all day instead of locked into a spreadsheet Can definitely make fast money if you pick up the concepts fast

      Cons

      Middle management changes rules on you based on their current agenda. Part of a fast growing company but usually these rule changes don’t benefit you immediately. 7-5 minimum work hours no lunch Very demanding, demand for immediate response time every time.

      Ability to earn commission, but it’s all on you. Ability to run your own book

      Cons

      Handed off accounts drive success of most reps, if you are on a newer team, it’s a lot harder to find success.
