If you are looking for a career in Accounting, Finance, Management, Human Resources, IT, or Operations, this is would be a fun pit stop on your the way to your career. Arrive is very cool and trendy but caters to the freshly 20 something crowd and does not plan on maturing to adulthood anytime soon. Favoritism is clearly seen in all departments so be sure you are one of them so you get all the good bonuses and perks. Cool place, but has a long way to go if they plan on having any long term employees. Seems like top leadership have their heads in the sand or maybe just want to sell the business for a ton of money and move on, not sure who's best interest they really at heart. Lastly, if you cannot handle pressure or cussing and locker room talk with the guys, then don't even bother trying to work here, you will never make it.
