      Great training and development. Management was great.

      Cons

      Compensation and work/life balance. Industry sucks but that's not their fault.

      Pros

      A very teeny tiny paycheck

      Cons

      The environment is very toxic. Micro Management at an epic level, I have never experienced such until this company. The People helpers (HR) do not care about you and denied several requests. I will be filling an ADA complaint against them.
