Drastic, Disappointing Drop from "Top Workplace" to "Meh" in First 6 Months - Anonymous employee Arrive Logistics Employee Review

- Distrust of execs due to the compensation structure changing TWICE in my first 6 months - Lower morale and motivation in the sales department makes it suck to work there now - Although company allows employees to work 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, certain managers force their teams to work from 7am-5pm as part of the "grind" while still only paying employees for 8 hours. Knowing that I work 20 hours per month more than other teams yet still make the same pay makes me really, really hate my team
