Terrible management, you literally share a table with all of your coworkers and manager. Managers have zero trust in their employees and have eyes on them at all times unless you're a favorite. My manager would constantly be walking over and monitoring what I would be doing. They also monitor your clicks and how many calls you make. Also they changed the pay structure a few months into the job but made it seem like it would be beneficial for us - didn't buy it for one bit. Just avoid this place I wish I never started working here and quit a lot sooner. If you don't care about your well-being and enjoy the toxic hustle culture then you'll love it here. But don't forget you are just another cog in the machine here and easily replaceable, they'll work you until theres nothing left.
