Pros
Base wage for an entry level position is satisfactory and greatly complimented by the bonus structure. The benefits package provides excellent coverage for most issues, just offers a high deductible for health insurance in particular. Diversity is very apparent in the afterhours teams. Full time remote work was available until recently, but hybrid work schedules are still offered.
Cons
Office environment is loud, bustling, and very overwhelming. Diversity is also lacking as majority of staff are young white men, which the "Wall Street" type sales floor caters to. The company as a whole lacks consistent organization in training, policy enforcement, and team management. Not to mention strong resistance by management to allow remote work.
