      Pros

      The Headquarters were awesome! They had a lot of coffee and food for us! The leadership was great, adn had a lot of potential for growth within the company.

      Cons

      Tough market to be in when I went there. The comission is high volume so do not expect a big commission check the first couple of months.

      Ability to earn commission, but it’s all on you. Ability to run your own book

      Handed off accounts drive success of most reps, if you are on a newer team, it’s a lot harder to find success.
