Pros
-the only pro is that you make a lot of your first post-grad friendships at this job
Cons
-no upward movement, realistically the only way to move up is if someone gets fired -you can directly voice your concerns to upper management and nothing will happen -picks favorites and will only focus their time on them -hires way too many people and there is absolutely 0 retention -no professionalism whatsoever -consistently changing commission structure -fires employees with no warning -realistically has 8 good managers -managers only care about the money you make them, and not helping you improve -no work life balance, will get fired if you do not respond timely at 11pm
