1. Poor top level leadership in the last few years where the best and most experienced leaders have left or been left out in favor of those with little industry knowledge and leadership - the only focus these days are financials 2. Lost a large number of good leaders at various levels of organization 3. Lost market leadership in several key regions 4. Too many incompetent leaders and cronyism. Promotions are based on relationship than competence.
