Pros
- Brand new beautiful building - Onsite gym with brand new equipment and group exercise classes offered throughout the day. - Arrow is doing amazing things around the world, it is exciting to be a part of it -Lots of room for growth, and it's so huge it's great for networking -They recently introduced unlimited paid time off and 6 week maternal AND paternal leave. -Arrow sponsors most of the professional sporting teams in Denver so there is lots of opportunity for discounted tickets. -Lots of fun events to attend, and swag from professional sporting teams.
Cons
-Arrow is HUGE: *It is so big it is hard to find the right people to talk to. *IT is outsourced to India, if you have a problem you have to call India before getting actual help. *You are just a number in a crowd. Upper management has no idea who you are or what you do... nor do they really care. -In sales they do everything they possibly can to avoid paying you your Commission. *There is a 60/40 split for on target earnings. you have to hit 60% of your assigned quota to even be paid out. *No one can tell you how this quota is calculated. *It is almost always a struggle to get paid the correct amount, you have to fight for it. *As mentioned above, finding the right person to help you get paid is difficult -When I was in inside sales I had an incredible manager but our team was understaffed so there was no work life balance. There were no funds for the team to hire anyone else so there was no end in sight and no support for an awesome manager.
