Pros
Exceeding sales goals can create a well paid environment.
Cons
Culture is very negative. Upper management takes 0 responsibility for anything. Unrealistic workload. Good performance earns more and more work most of the time without increased pay. Exceeding yearly sales goals causes unachievable sales goals the following year. Which in turn can cause a large pay decrease. Also, managements handling of the pandemic has not been exemplary. Company is rushing its workforce to 100% in office work weeks for positions that do not require it in any way.
