Pros
Wonderful team members, free on site gym, good freedom and autonomy.
Cons
Leadership lacks a pulse on its own workforce and continually puts profits over people. COVID changes were an opportunity for the company to show its true colors, and they did so by laying off over half of its employees, eliminating raises for 2 straight years, making little to no change to their work from home policies, and asking the severely understaffed teams still employed to continually do more with less with no added benefits or pay. 60+ hour weeks just to stay afloat are not uncommon. All while company stock prices were continually hitting all time highs. Morale and company culture leaves a LOT to be desired, and the ability to move up, or be hired within for a new role depends largely on tenure/seniority versus skill/drive.
