Training is not enough to start working efficiently. In my team, the manager was constantly rushing and guarding everyone, which aroused a sense of distrust. Every conversation with her gave the impression that she was reading from a piece of paper. Team management is at a very low level. There is a lot of stress at work and work schedules are not equal for everyone. It may happen that one person has a lot of work for the whole 8 hours and another, in the same position, very little. Feedback is at a very low level, with little honesty and clarity. If you're trying to get a promotion, you won't get it. The high pay gap between employees in the same position. There is no pleasant atmosphere in the office and there is very little integration between employees. Many people quit, and hardly anyone lasts up to 2 years. People often leave after a year or less.
