Pros

Nothing since 2018 came and went.

Cons

I don't write many reviews but I had to warn people. Welcome to region 10 (NE Florida) its the wild wild west. This company use to be real good. They use to give all kinds of incentives to their employees. Was awesome when I first started. But in 2018 after the Bermuda trip this company started to change. They started to grow too fast and started losing the family culture they preach about so much. Incentives started to disappear. Office staff started cursing out employees and management would write the techs up for it. After 2019 trip to Montreal it got real bad. Incentives disappeared. Upper management was sleeping with the office girls and a blind eye was turned to it. Promotions started to be handed out based on favoritism and not performance. They stopped honoring agreements made upon hiring and constantly threaten to fire people who don't want to eat, drink Arrow. O yes almost forgot they make you sign a sales commission guideline but they don't actually follow it. The inside sales can steal your hard earned money from WDO's and leads and they are allowed to. They will work you to the wee hours of the night for WDO's because Arrow is more important than your family. Your salary base when it benefits them and when it doesn't benefit them your commission base so they can weasel out of any benefits you should get as a salary employee. In 2020 and beginning of 2021 all the good managers quit. They will lie to your face and stab you in the back in a heart beat. They will make things up to write you up for and blamed the Sales people for low sales in a pandemic. They will take your route away or your area as a sales guy and when you question it they write you up. Also don't expect to be able to give a 2 week notice. Nope not happening. Turn your notice in they let you go immediately. They make you feel you wont ever find anything better. Watch your pay also. They have a bad habit of messing up your pay checks. But when you do quit its like being a free elf.

Pros

If you like cults it's cool. Half of the meetings are watching the rich owners fluff their feathers and call you rockstars, and you have to listen to them cheer. It's insane. You'd swear it's a movie, it seems so fake. Bazaar!

Cons

Toxic. They steal sales. It's a boys club. It's a cult. They literally have a pledge they do. Way too many mandatory meetings that you have to arrive early to participate in before your work day starts. Small amount of PTO as a mom, if your kids get sick and you've used your few days, you're sol because no option for unpaid days, you just get written up. You don't make a living wage, and the ceiling hits at management which you have to be in the boys club to get that position.
