Love the Work Culture and the people are very supportive.

I had a good experience so I didn't find anything that I can mention here.

Positive changes in company ownership and some management changes / additions Lots of growth in past year with many new and larger customers Company Growth is creating opportunities for employees and expect to finally have bonuses in 2019 Starting to see improvements in technology to make work better Moving to new office soon - definite environment upgrade

Still some struggles in growing pains and some employees holding onto negativity of how the past has been - maybe will turn around when they see they finally get long promised but never achieved bonuses. Need better strategic direction of if there is already one to share with all on what it is It is a small company so internal opportunities are limited
