Pros

- Transparent leadership team and culture - The company has curated a very focused and talented group of employees - Teams seem to have clear purposes and remits - Very exciting scientific group - Great CEO - very transparent and open - Great work life balance, the leadership makes it a point to ensure that D&I is a priority within the organization

Cons

- The company is relatively young and is formed around COVID which has been a challenge but I think people are very good about reaching out and being inclusive - The company is growing very quickly and it takes clear guidance from leadership to ensure people are clear on roles and responsibilities, especially since this is a very matrixed organization.
