Pros

The adage that “A’s” hire “A’s” rings true here at Arsenal. Top people across numerous disciplines have been brought together to tackle one of the world’s most important problems using a highly differentiated approach. The leadership has created a culture of transparency, open-mindedness, and collaboration unlike any I’ve previously experienced. The science is top notch and there is a sense of cohesion and mission across all levels within the organization. There is also an established social contract where the company takes care of its employees and the employees give it their all. The benefits are terrific including fully paid health insurance for employees, daily free lunch and reimbursable dinners if working late, and unlimited time off. The leadership team is down to earth and highly engaged with the employees.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly and the staff are very productive so at times it may be challenging to follow the progress. Meetings can fill up the schedule quickly so sometimes it may be hard to find long blocks of time to focus.
