Healthcare is awful: Before I signed on, I asked what my rate would be for my family. They said around $280 no-weekly. I was like, “sure sounds good.” The week I started they said they just got a new healthcare plan and it’s going to be $800 hi-weekly. The tools and software they use are not usable. It’s almost impossible to figure out how to add your bank account for direct deposit. The time entry application is just as bad. I’d never contracted before and have only ever been a FTE on a salary. I’m done after project is over. Never again. This has been an awful experience. This isn’t for me. They send out a ton of paperwork and documentation. The whole process is antiquated.
