They have worst training and deployment program for IBM, first they tell us your employment is conformed with good salary and we will give training for next level and better salary, but after resignation and joined in the training they will tell your very poor and we will offer only less package and they didn't give complete stipend, and even there is no policies and no one knows what is the process, very poor and reckless response after joining into the job. Don't join if you have already good secure job. They also give half salaries and cut salary without any confirmation from employee and reason.
