Extremely low pay. I have been so exploited here. Every day I think and dream of leaving. Product Managers are intellectually slow. Impossible to even try to work with them, since you can't reason with empty brains. The management/ exec team is also slow mentally. Treat entry/ level ones like garbage. They have a superiority complex since they have been here for so long (the only reason they are in leadership in the first place). Really, it's their attempt to compensate for the fact that they have contributed nothing to society for the last 10+ years of their life, and any actual work they put in all ends up in RS's pocket.
