Cons
Many growing pains as headquarters not prepared for fast growth in functions other than products, medical education, and sales. Poor processes and programs, underdeveloped infrastructure, lack of proper development of leaders and employees, serious lack of ethnic diversity, underwhelming employee engagement, etc., are all indicators of its lack of maturity as a global company. In the absence of strong values, top management is overly political and focused on self-interest rather than the good of the company and staying in good graces with its owner. Giving honest opinions is a risk.
