Getting too big. Many "process" people are being hired who don't know anything about the business or about product. It is unclear the real value all of these extra bodies brings. The different departments often get stuck in their own silo. More cross pollination between product specialties would be good. HR leadership is too political and is not really looking out for the company's best interest (in my opinion). Despite this, morale seemed generally high.
