Privately owned , great president, great benefits package and facilities are modern and complete. Naples is also a great place to live and work from and in.
Cons
getting too big, too fast. just like any other company that grows, the personal feel is lost and a person becomes a number. also more and more strangers come to the company who disrespect the history and reason the company was so profitable in the first place.
