Pros

Arthrex products are sold through distributorships. The distributorships are usually small locally owned businesses. The schedule is flexible. The environment is very laid back.

Cons

The distributorships do not invest money in training. The pay is extremely low. They tell you that you have the ability to make hundreds of thousands of dollars, but that is not the case at all. The management views sales reps as disposable. They do not value their employees. They do not offer a 401K and the vacation time is only one week a year.

Medical Education is above the rest.

Cons

Medical Sales always seems to attract toxic jock meatheads or entitled people who have never worked a job before this.
