Opaque Management - Engineer Arthrex Employee Review

Management is a bit of a boys club/ girls club. It’s less about what you contribute to the organization and more about how you are perceived in the organization. Position and years at other companies appears to weigh more heavily than past contributions to the company. I can’t say this issue is unique to Arthrex, but it’s particularly troublesome at Arthrex given the insane growth the company has. A large percentage of management is <2 years at the company and, in my opinion, doesn’t really understand or appreciate what business practices have gotten the company to its current success.
