Pros
Med center on campus (means mostly free healthcare), free lunch 4 days a week, company values loyalty and years of service.
Cons
Because the company favors loyalty, people get promoted just because they've been with the company for awhile, not because they're talented or have the skills necessary to do the job. Pay is ridiculously low for the area and the amount of work.
