Cons
BEWARE! This distributorship is totally about office politics. There is also no opportunity for advancement into the "prestigious" territory manager role and if you don't play office politics and the popularity contest game you have no shot. Management will tell you there is opportunity but they just massage associates into their roles and let them rot. You will also spend all your money on your car ("car allowance" is a small fraction of what it costs to do your job-no other benefits) and you work until you drop (12-16 hour days often). Territory managers cover up how much work their associates work and upper management doesn't really get it.
