Incompetent management and leadership - Product Manager Arthrex Employee Review

White boy club without skillset to lead, but talk about leading and strategy often. CEO is great but middle management is slowly killing the company with their incompetence. I know this can be said to many corporation, but this is a private company and used to be pretty great with smart people.
