Cons
Starting pay it a little low for the manufacturing area, especially considering the emphasis there needs to be on quality as these are tools that surgeons use on patients during surgery and the importance to detail being critical. However, the company does pay for medical, dental and vision 100% as long as you participate in the year wellness exam, lunch is free and with the yearly pay increases and 2 bonuses a year, it does kind of balance out nicely.
