Instead there is bonuses given for achieving sales goals that don’t change despite how much more you may achieve over the required sales numbers for the bonus. Distributor doesn’t share fairly the bonuses given to the distributor that Arthrex gave them for how well their reps did. Other distributors in other states don’t do this. This distributor is the only one that does this. All this causes a high turnover. Many reps are very young due to that.
