11yThank you for taking the time to post this review. I do; however, strongly dispute your claims. We are in the business of Physician and Executive search and that requires us to locate, train and hire the very best sales people to effectively service our clients. We make it part of our motto to put our employees first since any successes we have are directly proportional to their efforts. From time to time we hire sales people who themselves do not represent the core values of our company to their colleagues and clients. Like other businesses we are only as good as our people. We therefore are forced into making tough decisions about continuing relationships with these employees.
We make it a priority here at Arthur|Marshall to maintain integrity in all aspects of our business and we expect our management and employees to do the same. We are experience success at a rate that we have not seen since we were founded in 2002. This success would not be happening if we were not fulfilling the desires and expectations of both our employees as well as our clients. I'm sorry your employment did not work out here and we wish you nothing but the best.
