Pros

Good pay easy work and can easily work 60+ hrs a week if you want great management on 2nd shift ( don't know about 1st or 3rd) good work environment and great benefits

Cons

Might have to work 7 days a week not a con for me I love money but some find it a inconvience

Always hiring qualified worker. Minimum experience. Supervisors look out for workers. Work with you if you have problems. A lot of old school here, but not afraid to make improvements.

Cons

Upper management pinching penny. So, minimum crew. Minimum preventive maintenance. So, major break downs not uncommon. Don't payout profit sharing to the floor, but still pay out to office Upper management (office bosses) don't care about employees.
