Always hiring qualified worker. Minimum experience. Supervisors look out for workers. Work with you if you have problems. A lot of old school here, but not afraid to make improvements.

Upper management pinching penny. So, minimum crew. Minimum preventive maintenance. So, major break downs not uncommon. Don't payout profit sharing to the floor, but still pay out to office Upper management (office bosses) don't care about employees.
