Article is a rapidly growing company with ambitious plans to continue this growth. The opportunity to generate and implement new ideas is huge and there is a strong culture in upper management of encouraging new ways of thinking and working.
Cons
Usual growing pains from a company undergoing a large expansion in both business function and head count e.g. office space, under developed processes etc. While these challenges may prove difficult for someone looking for a role with more structure it does make the company an attractive option for someone looking to influence the direction of the company.
