Pros
Co-workers are amazing, everyone is like one big family. The work is challenging and fast-paced. There is a lot of room to grown within each department and within the company as a whole. Perks like a fully stocked kitchen, office dogs, lounge areas, etc. Management is knowledgeable, approachable and consistent.
Cons
Growing pains for sure. SOP changes on the daily and sometimes it can be hard to keep up. Work culture is growing but still not where it should be. Not enough outlets for stress management or mental heath wellness.
