One word. Predjudice - Coordinator Article Employee Review

company is built on predjudice and discrimination against hispanics. Manager was in another state but was vocal and clear he did not like Dominicans and treated them real bad. He directed his other managers to treat bad and make them work harder. Women were treated bad and if they complained or if anyone complained they were fired on the spot no questions asked and no one asked why someone who don't like hispanic people was firing everybody for stuff like asking questions. The work was easy but he made sure it was not easy and we did not get trained good. I would not recommend unless you are not hispanic and do not buy the furniture and support racists.
