4yHi and thanks for your sharing your experience. The pandemic has been challenging for all. Logistically, this is something most every company feels right now, and all are trying to figure out how to navigate it. It's a moment in time, and we're proud of our Customer Care team's dedication and win together attitude to make our customers' lives remarkably better.
We've taken feedback from this team and created specific action items over the last year to help ease this burden on our Customer Care team, as well as do what we can to make them happier at work. We've seen marked improvement in retention and happiness for this team, and we keep listening to feedback to see how we can be even better.
