      Great discount Pretty great software engineers and engineering practices The teams work well together and it feels like you're able to produce a lot of good quality work with the exception of some toxic characters who seem to have plot armour when it comes to management It's awesome to work on a product/brand that is well loved and has a lot of demand

      Cons

      Lack of vision from the top Senior leadership feels out of touch and unable to produce basic functions like strategy or vision Annual Planning and compensation adjustments are extremely slow HR is extremely slow, they don't even provide timelines on initiatives they're working on
