-Leadership is not prioritizing the right things at the right time. For example, rolling out (an overly complex) operating model *before* creating the foundational vision + strategy required to steer the company through growth & market fluctuations -Leadership did not seem to hear or act on feedback. Concerns regarding a lack of strategy & confusing rollout of an overly complex operating were voiced by many, but it took an achingly long time for leadership to even acknowledge the issues. -Win Together is a principle Article holds dear, but the necessary flip side of making mistakes together wasn’t honoured. Win together doesn’t work if we blame individuals for the outcome’s of entire projects. -There are a lot of other day-to-day challenges that I’m not going to list out because I think what I’ve already shared are the core issues driving other problems
