3yWithout knowing which department you experienced this in its difficult to lend perspective or direct this feedback to the correct channels. Having said that, in addition to bi-annual surveys, increased frequency of all-hands and weekly 1:1s we’re always looking for feedback from our Particles on how we can improve their experience. We take this very seriously. Our 360 reviews offer us insight into our leadership team, how they’re doing and where we can address any issues to positively impact employee experience and increase accountabilty. This is still a journey, and we continue to invest in ways to make this balance remarkably better for Particles.
