Great coworkers (that aren’t the SLT)

All of these reviews about the SLT being a mess and some misogynistic are entirely true. The article team thanking for feedback on this forum is a joke. The company is in shambles, the SLT micromanages things they don’t know how to do and do not trust the experts that they hire to help the company grow. The CEO is so self involved to see that he’s doing a horrible job. Would not be surprised if there was another mass layoff because the company doesn’t know how to spend its money and it’s attempt to get organized as a company is a massive failure. It’s also frustrating because there is a severe product quality deterioration and yes they’re slowly making some changes, but not the right ones. The company is missing some key functions to actually deliver on profitability, but the CEO and COO will not accept anything that they haven’t come up with, which usually makes no sense. They are non stop about Article being a tech company, which it isn’t because they build a lot of useless tech that doesn’t meet industry standards. and just need to focus on being a digital first furniture retailers. They think they’re customer obsessed, but they don’t actually live that at a senior leadership level. This was a brand I used to be able to stand behind but just one look at the product reviews on site will highlight how bad the quality is now. Unfortunate that the senior leadership is literally imploding the company.
