This tool helps map out individual career goals and understand what competencies are required to be successful in current roles and to move into new roles. Career growth is owned by the individual, and in the past year, we’ve seen numerous promotions as well as people moving into new teams to apply their skills there. In response to Particle feedback, we have been communicating future changes to our logistics network sooner.
