Thank you for taking the time to share all the things you valued about your time working at Article. During the pandemic, we experienced a period of hypergrowth where we grew 300% in a very short time. However, like many companies, in 2022 we needed to re-strategize given the impact of the current business climate, and focus on building a stable, sustainable foundation. I can understand how this felt at times; changes aren’t easy, and there has been a lot of hard work put in. Our Win Together and Ownership Mindset principles aren’t just words on a wall. We appreciate that our teams provide us with this open feedback so we can continue to improve, but we really do trust our employees to do their best work in solving some really interesting problems as we evolve. - Carlyn, Talent Acquisition Business Partner
