Pros

Brilliant and supportive team members Great physical product

Cons

Founders who are very unclear and not taking on decisions over what their business strategy needs to be in order to grow and scale. Because they do not want to take clear decisions, it makes it challenging for teams to align and work together towards common goals, leading to redundant products, projects and employee turmoil.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review here. I hope you were able to attend our Q2 All-Hands meeting, where our Senior Leadership Team shared our business direction, financial performance and areas of focus going forward to ensure we’re maintaining our momentum. If you missed this meeting, it was recorded and I highly recommend viewing it. Additionally, if you have concerns and a lack of alignment, please speak to your manager directly about them. If their answers are not sufficient then reach out to our founders directly - Aamir and Andy. Both not only welcome but crave honest, direct feedback, without sugarcoating the truth.
