We would like to specifically address the shift from salary to hourly pay for our Customer Care team. Historically any overtime work by employees was banked, but the process wasn’t very simple and left a lot of people frustrated. Shifting to hourly pay ensures overtime pay is correct and the process much simpler. In addition, there was a compensation adjustment when we shifted to hourly, resulting in Customer Care Associates receiving a pay increase.
