Regarding any bias in our promotions, the process is rigorous, well-documented and based on merit. For HQ promotions, each one is presented and approved by CEO and for frontline promotions, the same process happens from that department leader. Looking at the promotion data, holistically across Article, it shows that people of all backgrounds are being promoted, growing and succeeding.
