For example, in Los Angeles Operations Manager was hired as a Driver, then became a Supervisor, and is now an Operations Manager. Also Article, all jobs posted externally are open internally, however, there are many jobs that we only post internally, because we know the required talent exists within and we want to see our people grow. For the HR team, we have competent and experienced People & Culture partners who support our various teams, including our fulfillment team across the US.
